Suzor 'bulles rosé' Pet Nat

This Pétillant Naturel is an experimental sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir. Sourced from our friends at Diable Verre Vineyard, it was produced using méthode ancestrale.

A deep pink hue. Aromatically bursting with fresh strawberries, and ocean mist. On the palate the lush bubbles take the lead, encompassing your mouth. If Campari had a bit more fruit, just a hint of citrus pith, and delectable bubbles, this is what it would taste like.
