Suzor 'Infinite Emotions' Pinot Noir + Gamay

This cuvée combines Pinot Noir and Gamay from the coastal range of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Inspired by the classic Passe-Tout-Grains, these two varietal are picked on the same day, destemmed and fermented together. 

A deep purple color reveals lush blue fruit reminiscent of boysenberry, huckleberry and black sesame. Notes of citrus zest and sweet baking spices enhance the fruit intensity. A velvety texture and softly integrated tannins make for a luscious mouthfeel. This wine is reminiscent of Madewell Tarts from England, jam and frangipane. Decadent but so approachable to enjoy now!
